About Us

Colleen Murphy and PhoebieColleen Murphy, owner and director of operations for Advance Staffing Inc., has been in this business for over two decades.  In the 80s, working as an accountant by day and waitress at night she realized that she truly was a people person.  After being offered a banquet manager position, Colleen quit her day job and has been in the food and beverage industry ever since.

She started managing the wait staff for the former company Advance Awareness in 1999. After five years of that she purchased in 2004 and called it Advance Staffing Inc.  The business has been built on word-of-mouth marketing, and has an impeccable reputation for quality and reliability.
